Meet Susanne
Dr. Susanne Guth-Orlowski is Co-Lead of the UN/CEFACT Recommendation No. 49 “Transparency at Scale”, Technical Advisor of the RAIN Alliane, the Global Battery Alliance, External DPP Expert to the European Commission, founder of the consulting agency 4TheRecord, SSI expert, author, podcaster, and speaker.
Her background is in security technology, and she has 20 years hands-on, technical experience in cryptography. Today, Susanne is consulting companies and non-profit organisations on how to define IT-Security services and standards and bring them to market. She is a strong believer that technology based on open standards can help reach the climate goals. She is currently engaged in defining the technical concepts to implements a digital, decentralized product passport to enable better repair, reuse, and recycling of products.

Dr. Sandy Glueckstein has an extensive career background in management consulting, entrepreneurship, and change management, spanning various industries and projects.
With a focus on Adoption & Change Management skills for large-scale IT-rollouts, Sandy has successfully led change management efforts for high-risk IT programs, including the implementation of SAP S/4HANA projects. Her expertise lies in developing and implementing comprehensive change management strategies that ensure smooth transitions for all stakeholders during complex organizational transformations. She has a deep understanding of international business processes, great, inclusive communication skills and critical thinking abilities to simplify complex concepts.

Meet Emma
Emma Forson is a graduate of Ashesi University with a degree in Mechanical Engineering. In 2020, she became a fellow of the Ashesi Venture Incubator, where she started her textile waste management business in Accra, Ghana.
ELNAK Recycle, her initiative, has saved fabric waste from households and local & international industries since December 2020, donated clothes and trained underprivileged women with upcycling skills.
In her TEDx talk, she speaks about creating safe spaces to talk about topics that really matter in the hopes of challenging society's perspective on sharing information to better educate the public.
Emma is also the recipient of the People’s Choice Award and the Entrepreneur of the Year Award from Ashesi University's Venture Incubator, AVI. She was a finalist in the Standard Chartered Women In Tech Incubator, the winner of the Fashionomics Africa Challenge and selected as a delegate for the 2024 NRW Ghana-Germany Exchange Program.
Emma's mission is to incorporate tech and creativity to establish a circular fashion economy in the heart of Africa and beyond.
